i haaaateee the redsox. this is coming from someone who is a die hard cubs fan. I was so pissed when everyone made a big deal during there first championship run when they kept saying that the fans deserve one, they have waited so long for one. Well guess what, chicago waited 88 fucking years. 88! I hate the whitesox but i felt so bad for them when no one gave a shit when they won! it took them longer then the red sox and still no love for em. Because we don’t whine. we wait for next year

There you go again. You obviously have an ax to grind against the Red Sox and their fans. Fisk’s was great but a greater Red Sox HR was Dave Henderson’s against the Angels in 86. One strike away from losing the series 4 games to 1, the 3 straight wins thanks to Hendu, and Don Baylor’s right before that. You probably wouldn’t put that Home Run up there because of your bias. Kirk Gibson’s is more overrated then Fisk’s.
